Her approach combines clinical reasoning, biomechanics, and hands-on treatment to help clients reduce pain, restore movement, recover from injury, and improve physical performance.

With over 15 years of international experience—including background in 5-star luxury hotel spas such as Trump International Doonbeg—Eleanora delivers an exceptional standard of client care, professionalism, and physical relief. She combines structured manual therapy with Traditional Chinese Medicine techniques to design custom treatment sessions focused on easing muscle tension, improving circulation, and restoring physical balance.

Katy Holmes is a Women’s Health Physiotherapist helping women feel strong, confident, and comfortable through pregnancy, postnatal recovery, menopause, and beyond. She specializes in pelvic girdle pain, bladder leaks, prolapse, and abdominal separation, guiding clients safely back to exercise and pain-free movement.
